While the world is facing extraordinary challenges, Make-A-Wish Oregon is still granting wishes to local children battling critical illnesses. Thanks to generous donors like you, we have continued to bring life-changing joy and possibilities through the power of a wish.
Join us Friday, October 8th at 7:30 p.m. (PDT), for Evening of Wishes on KGW. A powerful Make-A-Wish Oregon TV special to spark joy and make wishes come true. By tuning in, you will create hope for our community’s kids and all who support them in their fight.
How do I participate?
Tune into KGW on Friday, October 8th, at 7:30 p.m. (PDT) or view online at www.oregon.wish.org/eveningofwishes. We will also be hosting an online auction from October 6th – October 11th in support of Evening of Wishes, where you can bid on exciting items all to support local kids wishes.
What can I expect to see featured on Evening of Wishes?
This 30-minute TV special will feature powerful wish kid stories celebrating recent wishes we have granted, while raising money to fund future wishes for kids in our community. You have the power to show them better days are ahead, with the promise of a wish through Make-A-Wish Oregon.
What does “Register to Bid” to bid mean?
By selecting “Register to bid”, you will receive the most up to date information on the Evening of Wishes TV special and the online auction. Additionally, by registering a credit card, email, and phone number, you will be all set up to bid in the online auction!

Evening of Wishes will be streamed live on www.oregon.wish.org/eveningofwishes, as well as airing live on KGW. You do not need to register to watch this TV special on KGW or on the Evening of Wishes website.
How do I participate in the online auction?
The online auction will open on Wednesday, October 6th at noon (PDT) and will close on Monday, October 11th at noon (PDT). To bid on packages in the online auction, you will first need to register as a bidder:

2. Click the “Get Started” button in upper right-hand corner of screen
3. Click the green “Create Account” button, or login if you have created an account previously
